is a sensory taste & stay wellness retreat for the curious, for lovers of food, and for those looking to nourish your mind, body, soul and belly! We will guide you through a curated experience to restore energies and explore culture through food, all the while immersed in the raw nature and beauty of our tropical paradise in the Panamanian Caribbean.
Just a few minutes from the main island, Isla Colon, Doña Mara Beach Hotel on Carenero island will be your home for this sensory retreat of chocolate & cacao in the Caribbean.
You will explore culture, community, connection - and of course - chocolate. You'll enjoy daily wellness sessions, freshly prepared cuisine, from 'palm tree-to plate', sunrise walks and local culinary workshops, with an intimate group of like-minded travellers with whom to share stories and make memories.
The Host
Carolina Lescure
Thai massage Therapist, Chocolate Maker, Mindfulness & Kundalini Yoga Instructor.
Carolina has the ability to align your body, awake your senses, raise awareness and create inner balance.
She is committed to guide and assist you to reconnect with yourself, combining ancient techniques with indigenous practices.
She is an entrepreneur, a woman, a human that finds her passion in promoting awareness of the body, mind and soul.
Carolina hosts women circles and ceremonies and offers authentic chocolate making experiences through her own social business Cacao Blessings where she empowers local indigenous women to learn the value of their cacao, and to make a higher-end product which leaves a legacy inside their communities. Cacao Blessings sources single-origin cacao beans directly and ethically from female growers, as well as produces artisanal chocolates and products at its workshop.
